On occasion I will serve 7 layer dip for dinner. The refried beans, salsa, guacamole plus all the diced veggies on top provide a well balance of protein, fiber, healthy fats and more. Some don’t add taco seasoning to the sour cream, but it really makes the dip so full of flavor. I hate to play favorites, but the best layer is the sour cream and taco seasoning layer for sure! …with the guacamole layer a close second.
